Pines in Ritsurin Garden

 

We’re just out of cherry blossom season. Everyone (myself included) raves about maple leaves in the Fall. Ritsurin means chestnut tree.

However, the true “star” of Ritsurin Garden is the pine, which is probably the most common tree in the park, and it looks amazing all year long.
