In my previous post, I said that the best moment to visit Ritsurin Garden is the morning, but when dealing with Jaume Plensa‘s Ogijima’s Soul, late afternoon is the best moment.
So all is good, you can visit Ritsurin garden in the morning and Ogijima in the afternoon, and you’ll have a perfect day in Takamatsu. 🙂
